A full refund will be provided for all unsuccessful projects. The amount will then be refunded to the FanRollers of the project.

You can check the status of projects by clicking on your profile page. Just make sure you're logged in under the same account you used to FanRoll.

If you're just browsing the site, you won't need to create an account. When you're ready to FanRoll, you will be guided through the account creation process so that we can keep you posted on your request's status. All of your projects will be saved to your account.

Starting a project is very straightforward. Click on the Start a project tab, select the information on the dropbox menu and a member of our team will review before bringing the project live!

FanRolling is open to all celebrities and influencers around the world. We want to empower anyone with a fan following to tap into their fan economy while providing a revolutionary new experience for their fans. We do however, have to adhere to the following:

• - At least 18 years of age
• - Adhere to the existing laws of the country where the project will take place
• - Have an existing bank account
